MadSan processes account, usage, and form submissions to operate a private platform for energy and commodity brokers. This notice explains what we collect and how you can exercise your rights.
What we process
- Account data: email, display name, membership, and sign-in events.
- Usage data: product activity needed for access control, support, and security.
- Submissions: waitlist requests, corrections, disputes, and other forms you send us.
- Market intelligence: commodity and trade context from open and licensed sources. That material is generally not personal data unless you include personal details in a submission.
We do not sell personal data. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, security, and legal obligations.
Your rights
Where applicable privacy law applies, you may request access, correction, erasure, or portability. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
- Access: receive a copy of personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification: correct inaccurate account or submission data.
- Erasure: delete account-linked personal data where no overriding legal basis applies.
- Restriction: limit processing while a dispute is reviewed.
- Portability: export structured account data where technically feasible.
- Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interests (assessed case by case).

Erasure request
Submit an erasure request for account-linked data. Open-data intelligence records about legal entities are generally outside erasure scope when sourced from public registries.
